Stage 1: Detect

Feedback is captured in context — on the element, in the running application. The Context Stack records element identity, computed styles, viewport state, and a cropped screenshot at capture time. No manual metadata entry. The report arrives with the full technical context that manual triage would need to reconstruct.

Stage 2: Enrich

Within seconds of submission, asynchronous AI enrichment processes the comment alongside the captured metadata. The AI produces:

  • Intent classification — bug report, feature request, confusion, complaint, question, or praise
  • Urgency level — low, medium, or high, based on the element's prominence and the report's severity
  • Developer triage — a structured summary with element identity, what is happening (using actual metadata values), likely causes, and where to look in the codebase

Stage 3: Cluster

Pattern Collapse groups semantically similar reports into clusters. Five users saying "checkout broken," "can't buy," "purchase fails," "nothing happens on submit," and "button doesn't work" become one cluster: "Checkout CTA non-responsive — 5 reports, high urgency." The clustering uses element identity (DOM path) and AI semantics, not string matching.

Clustering transforms the triage surface. Instead of 50 individual reports, the team sees 12 distinct issues. Each cluster carries a synthesized title, summary, urgency level, and comment count. The product manager triages clusters, not comments.

Stage 4: Route

Enriched, clustered feedback syncs to connected integrations:

Stage 5: Resolve

When a cluster is resolved — in the dashboard or through the linked Linear issue — all member comments are marked resolved.
